My name is Vince Bellitti and I own a traditional retail and compounding pharmacy. We’ve been working with Carly and the team at LTC@H Network for about 2.5 months now. We used their portal to create a roadmap for our team, inclusive of timelines, team members in charge of tasks, etc. Once that was done, we used the weekly calls to hold us accountable and check our “homework”. Finally, we were able to connect with other pharmacies going through this process, too, to learn from each other. We’ve even found other pharmacies who currently do LTC with our PMS so we can see workflow live in action. This network will be invaluable as the industry evolves and we’ll continue to need to adapt in the future.

Overall, starting this entirely new line of business from scratch and identifying target patients was a bit terrifying. Thanks to LTC@H, we felt supported with a clear roadmap from day one and feel confident that we checked all the boxes and are ready to launch a new, successful line of business at our pharmacy.”
