Independent pharmacies are the backbone of healthcare in communities across America. They serve patients that large chains overlook, manage the complexity of long-term care at home, and do it all while navigating a reimbursement landscape that too often works against them.
At LTC@Home Pharmacy Network, our mission has always been bigger than training. We believe independent pharmacies deserve recognition, fair reimbursement, and a powerful voice in the conversations that shape their future.

State Pharmacy Legislative Days - We have spoken at state pharmacy legislative days to champion the value of independent pharmacies and the critical role they play in home-based patient care. We bring real data, real member stories, and a clear message: independent pharmacies are not a relic of the past — they are the future of community health.
Managed Care Advocacy - We work directly with health plans and managed care organizations to advance recognition and reimbursement for the LTC@H level of care. Independent pharmacies are already providing this care. They deserve to be paid for it.
Community & Industry Partnerships - We collaborate with pharmacy associations, healthcare coalitions, and policy advocates to amplify independent pharmacy voice. We believe the strongest advocacy happens together.

Independent pharmacies are closing at a rate communities cannot afford. Shrinking reimbursements, PBM practices, and a regulatory environment that often favors large chains are squeezing out the very pharmacies that know their patients by name.
